Together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of your thoughts and emotions, and explore the patterns that keep showing up in your life. You don’t need to have it all figured out to start.

What to Expect


I know that starting therapy can feel intimidating, so I aim to make it a lighthearted, down-to-earth experience — one built on genuine connection and care.

  • Free 20-minute video consultation to ensure we’re a good fit.

  • In-person Sessions: Available only to clients located in Lethbridge, AB.

  • Virtual Sessions: Available to clients across Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Newfoundland and Labrador, and the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.

  • Practical tools and reflection exercises between sessions to support ongoing growth. (If requested.)

  • An interactive and holistic approach that considers the connection between mind, body, and emotion.

Session Rates & Accessibility


  • 60-Minute Session: $155 per session

  • 90-Minute Session: $200 per session

  • Sliding Scale: Reduced-rate sessions are available based on financial need (limited spots). Please inquire about availability.

  • Insurance Coverage: At this time, I am unable to direct bill to your insurance company.

  • Reimbursement: I provide receipts for reimbursement. Please confirm with your provider that my designation (Canadian Certified Counsellor) is covered under your plan.
