Hi, I’m Chantelle! I’m glad you’re here.

I’ve always been a Type-A perfectionist — driven, ambitious, and endlessly hard on myself. Somewhere along the way, I realized that the same traits that helped me achieve so much were also the ones keeping me from ever feeling like enough.

After years of chasing everything I thought I should achieve, I found myself completely burnt out. Ironically, I had done everything opposite of what I would tell my clients to do.

That realization became the foundation for Daily Dose Counselling. My practice is built on the belief that healing doesn’t come from big, perfect overhauls, but from small, intentional steps that help you return to yourself.

I found balance when I began tending to both my body and my mind. Through movement, nourishment, and rest, I discovered how deeply our physiological health influences our emotional well-being.

When I’m not wearing my therapist hat, you can find me teaching Pilates, spending time with my husband and our golden retriever, or relaxing with a book, podcast, or a little too much reality TV. (I love stories in every form, even if they’re trashy).

The Heart of My Work

Untangling the overwhelm

I take a holistic, science-backed approach to therapy that blends mind and body because mental health lives in your nervous system just as much as it does in your thoughts.

You can expect a mix of evidence-based tools and a focus on building sustainable habits that foster self-trust. My goal is to take the intimidation out of therapy. Growth happens when we feel safe, calm, and accepted. I strive to bring warmth, curiosity, and the right touch of humour into my sessions to create a space that feels authentic.

Whether we’re exploring a life transition, anxiety, depression, burnout, or identity, I focus on helping you understand your patterns — not judge them — and create change through awareness.

“Growth isn’t one big breakthrough. It’s the small, daily doses of awareness and self-compassion that slowly shift the way you see yourself.”
